Terms and conditions for online payments

All payments of fees using the online payment facilities are subject to the following conditions.

• The application fee once paid is non refundable even if the application is rejected for any reason.
• Application Fee once paid will not be given refund. candidate should go through the detailed notification and ensure the eligibility before making payment
• Fees once paid for any Course/Class/service will not be refunded.
• A automatic refund will be processed within 5 working days for any duplicate or multiple payment.
• The refund amount of duplicate/multiple payment for a single services will be credited automatically to the user account that was used during payment.
• During the process of making payment by the candidate, by any chance the amount is deducted from the candidate and the same has not reached college account is automatically refunded by the payment gateway provider on bringing the issue to the notice of payment gateway service provider
• The transaction once done cannot be cancelled.
• In case of debit card and credit card there will some additional charge which will be applicable while making a payment. The amount of Charges will always be shown to you clearly at the time of each transaction and confirmation obtained from you before it is processed.
• Once Fee is paid for a single service there will not be refund as per No Refund Policy. Refund will be applicable only if a duplicate payment is made for single

This document prescribes the “Terms and Conditions”, which shall be applicable to all transactions initiated by the User through Online Portal http://ydpgcollege.co.in/ developed by Excess Computer Services (“ECS”) and using BillDesk P.G Gateway services as a mode for the transfer of funds. The User is advised to carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions before using the services. By accepting the check box, the User will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions, mentioned herein below and will be bound by these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, as displayed on College’s website and the continued use of the Online Portal http://ydpgcollege.co.in/ constitutes acceptance by the User of any such amendment. Usage of Online Portal services via BillDesk P.G Gateway by the User shall be further subject to guidelines issued by college from time to time.

• These terms and conditions are applicable to the existing student and new candidate seeking for admission.
• It is agreed by the user that the obligations provided in these terms and conditions, shall be binding on the user with regard to any transaction done by the User via Online Portal http://ydpgcollege.co.in/.
• The User understands and agrees that nothing herein or otherwise with respect to the usage of Online Portal http://ydpgcollege.co.in/ shall be construed as creating any contractual or other rights against College
• User agrees to assume and take over all consequences and risk of performing transactions through Online Portal and shall be solely responsible for any liability incurred by Issuer Bank in execution of any instruction issued via BillDesk P.G Gateway. The User understands and agrees that once a fund collection request is accepted, the account will automatically be debited with such amounts as may be mentioned in the request. The User understands and agrees that such amounts once debited cannot be reversed by the User.
• http://ydpgcollege.co.in/ states that it has no liability or obligation to keep a record of the instructions to provide information to the User or for verifying the instructions. All instructions, requests, directives, orders, directions, carried out by the User are based upon the User’s decisions and are the sole responsibility of the User.

• Do not press refresh or back button while making payment, It may cause session failure or error.
• When you complete the online payment, funds will be deducted from your Debit / Credit cards, NEFT/ RTGS account as per selection during payment.
• Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be maximum delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Yuveraj Dutta P.G. College records.
• Online payments are secure: Payments will be processed directly by the BillDesk P.G Gateway Payment Gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
• Yuveraj Dutta P.G. College  does not have access to your Debit / credit card details.
• Confirmation: If successful, BillDesk P.G Gateway will confirm that your payment was completed.
• If unsuccessful, BillDesk P.G Gateway will advise that your payment has failed.
• Yuveraj Dutta P.G. College  will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your Debit/credit card provider for details.
• If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described , to Submit your fee.
• Yuveraj Dutta P.G. College  will confirm your payment details via email /SMS.
